These terms apply to the Zip Opener website and the services provided by 婷婷 潘. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms. These website terms do not replace that license or your mandatory consumer rights.
Using Zip Opener
Use the app and website lawfully and only with files you are authorized to access. You are responsible for your files, your rights to their contents, and any passwords you use. Zip Opener is an archive and file utility; it does not recover passwords or bypass access controls.
Features and compatibility
The app supports the formats described in its current App Store listing. Individual archives may use encryption methods, split-file structures, or file types that are not supported. Extracting a file does not make it compatible with every viewer or with iOS. Features and system requirements may change as the app is updated.
Downloads, purchases, and subscriptions
Zip Opener is free to download and includes in-app purchases. Some features require payment. The current purchase screen in your region shows the price, subscription period, and included features before you confirm a purchase.
Apple handles payments. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled according to the terms displayed at purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple and applicable law. See Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions and Apple’s purchase support.
Your files and backups
Keep backups of important files before compressing, extracting, changing, or deleting them. Do not rely on the app as your only copy of a file. Only open archives from sources you trust. See our privacy policy for information about data handling.
Website content
Our guides provide general instructions. Menu names and behavior may differ across iOS and app versions. This website does not provide file hosting, online extraction, or password recovery.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the app and website useful and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every archive. To the extent permitted by applicable law, they are provided as available without additional guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. The current version and effective date will be available on this page.
