The Zip Opener app
Zip Opener does not collect user data. The app does not use advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs that collect your personal data. We do not collect the contents of your archives, archive passwords, device identifiers, location, contacts, or usage activity through the app.
You choose the files the app can access through iOS file selection and permission controls. If you choose to save or share a file using iCloud Drive, Photos, another app, or another service, that destination’s privacy practices apply. Manage access through your device settings.
This website
This is an informational website. It does not provide online extraction, accept archive uploads, or ask you to enter archive passwords. We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies to the website.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, hosting infrastructure processes network request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, and browser information. This website-hosting activity is separate from the app’s “Data Not Collected” disclosure. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its practices.
Purchases and external links
Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details. If you follow a link to Apple or another website, that provider’s policy applies. See Apple’s privacy policy.
When you contact support
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can answer your request. This information is supplied by you; it is not automatically collected by the app. We use support correspondence to respond to and resolve your request, keep it only as needed for that purpose or legal obligations, and do not sell it. Do not send confidential archives, passwords, or payment details.
Your choices
You control which files you import and share. You can remove app-managed files using the app and iOS controls. For copies saved to other locations or shared with other services, use those services’ controls. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date when our practices change. Any material change to app data practices will also be reflected in the App Store disclosure as applicable.
