Zip Opener isn’t in the Share menu.
Make sure the app is installed. In the Share menu, swipe across the row of app icons and check More. Look for Zip Opener, then try sharing the saved file again.
The archive won’t extract.
Check that the download finished and your iPhone has room for the extracted files. Try downloading it again. If it is encrypted, check the password with the sender. For split or unusual archives, contact support with the format and error message.
My password doesn’t work.
Check uppercase letters, whitespace, and keyboard language. You need the archive’s password from its sender, rather than your iPhone passcode or Apple Account password. We cannot recover or bypass archive passwords.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Zip Opener and follow the cancellation controls. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. See Apple’s instructions.
How do I request a refund?
App Store payments and refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
